Live Beginning Yoga Workshops: Beginning on Saturday, January 9th, join Nikki Watson as she expertly guides you through the foundation of yoga poses, breath work and yoga philosophy. You'll learn about the effects of yoga on your mental health and overall wellness and feel those effects firsthand.
